🚗 (Racer & Vendor Roll-In Only)

SATURDAY – October 11, 2025

⏰ Gates Open: 7:00AM
🎟️ General Admission: 10:00AM – 8:00PM

• 🚗 Racer Load-In Begins: 7:00AM

• 🚘 Car Show Load-In Begins: 7:00AM

• 🎟️ Spectator Entry Begins: 10:00AM

• 🏁 Racing : 9:00AM – 8:00PM

• 🔥 Burnout Box: 3:00PM – 8:00PM

SUNDAY – October 12, 2025

⏰ Gates Open: 7:00AM
🎟️ General Admission: 10:00AM – 5:00PM

• 🚗 Racer Load-In Begins: 7:00AM

• 🚘 Car Show & ☕ Coffee Load-In Begins: 7:00AM

• 🎟️ Spectator Entry Begins: 10:00AM

• 🏁 Racing : 9:00AM – 5:00PM

• 🔥 Burnout Box: 11:00AM – 4:00PM

🎟️ Important Notes for Spectators:

• 👶 Kids 10 and under are FREE

• 🚘 Car show competition (Saturday) & RaceWorz & Coffee (Sunday) are included

• 🍺 No outside alcohol permitted

• 🍔 Barbecues are allowed

• ⛱️ Canopies and coolers are allowed
