Drift Competition
Competition Drifting can drive either the Paddock Course or Summer Jam Course on either day. The competition will take place on Sunday on Summer Jam Course. Only Tandem Drivers allowed. All Drivers must pass Sonoma Drift Tech. Fire Suits will not be required for RaceWorz Sonoma 2026.
The Drifting Competition will be a double elimination bracket.
Drift Exhibition
The Drifting Exhibition is a drifting practice session that is meant for intermediate to advanced drivers.
Friday & Saturday practice will take place on a Paddock Course and Summer Jam Course, which takes place on the road course between turn 2 and 4. On Sunday, the Drifting Exhibition will take place in the paddock only.
Singles and Tandem Drivers allowed. All Drivers must pass Sonoma Drift Tech. Fire Suits will not be required for RaceWorz Sonoma 2026.
Drift Ride-Alongs — “Drift Taxi”
Drift ride-alongs are available during Saturday & Sunday during the event.
Riders are required to be over the age or 18, and must be willing too sign the liability waiver.
Rides include 3 laps around the exhibition courses (in paddock behind main grand stands) and must either purchase their ride-along ticket online, or at the RaceWorz Merchandise booth on event weekend.

Ride shotgun with professional Formula Drift driver Matt Field for a high-intensity VIP drift experience at RaceWorz Sonoma.
